and Dauphenoise potatoes. Redcurrant jus.

Chicken breast filled with Pesto and Mascarpone
wrapped in Pancetta. Fricassee Of Fine beans

Pan-fried Fillet of Beef topped with a Portobello
mushroom. Roasted shallots and garlic.
Rosti mash potato, red wine reduction.
