Creamy onion and Dijon mustard soup. - Guinea Fowl and apricot terrine.Pistachio Aillade. Armenian flat bread.
- Golden Goats cheese baked with a Sesame seed crumb. Balsamic reduction.
- Warm tartlet filled with crabmeat and spring leeks topped with melted Parmesan. Rocket leaf salad.
- Fresh local asparagus served warm with Parma Ham and Hollandaise sauce.
- Loch Fyne Queenie scallops toasted in their half shell. Served with a Dill vinaigrette.

Roasted saddle of spring lamb. Fine beans with lardons of bacon. Dauphenoise potatoes.
Minted pesto. - Grilled brochette of monkfish, king prawns and Shetland salmon. Sauce vierge. Saffron rice.

Prime fillet of beef. Cooked to order. Served on a rosti mash with wilted baby spinach.Confit of shallots and garlic. Red wine sauce.
Supplement £6.95. - Supreme of chicken filled with Mull cheddar and Dijon mustard. Wrapped in bacon and roasted. Served on new season leek risotto.
- Grilled minute sirloin steak. Café de Paris butter, fat chips, onion rings and grilled tomatoes.
- Cherry tomato, Basil and Mozzarella ravioli. Sauce vierge. Char grilled asparagus.

Hot crêpes served in Grand Marnier sauce. Vanilla ice cream. - Rich chocolate ice cream, peanut butter fudge sundae.
- Fresh raspberry and passion fruit Eton Mess.
- Brandy snap filled with butterscotch Mousse flavoured lightly with Baileys liqueur. Caramel sauce.
- Acacia Honey crème brulée. Lemon shortbread biscuit.
- French and English Cheese Plate. Crackers, celery and grapes.
