To Start...
Spiced Lentil and Tomato Soup.
Game terrine of Pheasant and Partridge wrapped in bacon. Toasted Brioché and Twemlow Chutney.
Golden Goats cheese baked with a Poppy Seed crumb. Balsamic reduction.
Platter of smoked trout served with Horseradish cream. Warm Blinis.
Minestrone of fruits and watermelon. Raspberry Sorbet. Topped with Roederer Champagne.
Pan Fried Calves liver. Caramelised onions and toasted Brioché.

Main Courses
Ballontine of Guinea Fowl, roasted and served on field mushroom rissotto.
Grilled Rib-eye steak, Café de Paris butter. Chips. Watercress salad.
Roast leg of Lamb, Rosemary gravy. Dauphinoise potatoes. Fine beans.
Pan fried Fillet of Beef, cooked to order served on a rosti mash potato with wilted baby leaf spinach, roasted shallots and garlic. Topped with a Portabello mushroom. Red wine reduction. Supplement £6.95.
Baked Sea Bass fillets served on roasted courgettes and vine tomatoes. Roasted baby potatoes rolled in virgin olive oil and rock salt.
Slow braised Game Casserole, venison, pheasant and partridge with root vegetables. Dauphenoise potatoes. Braised red cabbage.
Coulibiac of baby beetroot, sauteed shallots, herbs and goats cheese baked in Filo Pastry.

Hot Chocolate Fondant Pudding sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts. Hot chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream.
