half shell with citrus vinaigrette.

Chimichurri Salsa. - Roast Rack of Lamb, with new season Asparagus
and Dauphenoise potatoes. Redcurrant jus. - Baked cod topped with a Pine nut and herb crust.
Lime and Caper vinaigrette. Spring onion mash
and steamed Asparagus. - Chicken breast filled with Pesto and Mascarpone
wrapped in Pancetta. Fricassee Of Fine beans
and Garden peas. Turned new potatoes. - Pan-fried Fillet of Beef topped with a Portobello
mushroom. Roasted shallots and garlic.
Rosti mash potato, red wine reduction.
