Two courses for £27.00 per person, or three courses for £29.95 per person.
To Start...
Traditional French Onion Soup topped with cheese and herb crouton.
Golden Goats cheese baked with a Sesame Seed crumb. Balsamic reduction.
Fresh water prawns served on mixed winter leaf salad. Sweet pepper and basil gazpacho. Parmesan Poppy seed crisp.
Minestrone of fruits and watermelon. Raspberry Sorbet.
Duck Leg Confit served on a chicory and orange salad. Lime, sweet chilli and ginger dressing.
Evening Menu - Main Courses
Grills
Grilled Pork Chop with Celeriac mash. Apple and cider gravy.
Grilled rib of beef, Cafe de Paris Butter. Caesar salad. Fat chips.
Escalope of chicken topped with Parma Ham. Thyme and Lemon jus. Garden pea and spring onion risotto.
Barnsley chop with sauteed potatoes, black pudding and Cumberland Sauce.
Brochette of Shetland salmon, king prawns and sea bream. Grilled with Basil oil served with baked baby potatoes. Fricasee of vegetables.
Coulibiac of baby beetroot, sauteed shallots, herbs and goats cheese baked in Filo Pastry.

Baked Alaska fruit Sundae.
New season caramel and rhubarb compote topped with a nutty oat crumble. Vanilla Custard.
Crème Brulée. Fresh berries and Pecan sables.
Lemon Sponge served with a citronella syrup and Chantilly cream.
