Shetland smoked Salmon Parfait served with winter leaf salad and warm blinis.
Pressed Game Terrine wrapped in bacon served with Twemlow chutney and toasted brioche.
Platter of Cantaloupe melon, water melon and mango. Raspberry sorbet.

Main Courses
Roast Sirloin of Beef, Yorkshire Pudding. Horseradish cream.
Roast Leg of Lamb, Rosemary gravy.
Baked Sea Bass served on roasted courgettes and vine tomatoes. Roasted baby potatoes rolled in olive oil and rock salt.
Grilled escalope of Pork served with a Portabello mushroom sauce.
Coulibiac of baby beetroot, sautéed shallots, herbs and goats cheese baked in Filo Pastry.
All the above dishes are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes.

Choux puffs filled with fresh whipped cream served with hot Valhrona chocolate sauce.
