Fraicheur of Galia melon, Water melon and mango. Citrus sorbet.
Fresh water prawns served on seasonal leaf greens. Gazpacho sauce.
Summer salad of goats cheese, rocket leaves topped with toasted pine nuts and basil vinaigrette.

Roast leg of lamb, mint sauce.
Baked fillet of cod topped with a herb and pine nut crust. Provençale tomato sauce.
Slow braised beef and Guinness casserole with root vegetables. Herb dumplings.
Chicken supreme filled with cheddar cheese, wrapped in bacon served with a new season leek sauce.
Butternut squash gratin topped with shavings of Parmesan. Watercress salad.
All the above dishes are served with a selection of
seasonal vegetables and potatoes
