- Summer salad of goats cheese, rocket leaves topped with toasted pine nuts and basil vinaigrette.

Roast leg of lamb, mint sauce. - Baked fillet of cod topped with a herb and pine nut crust. Provençale tomato sauce.
- Slow braised beef and Guinness casserole with root vegetables. Herb dumplings.
- Chicken supreme filled with cheddar cheese, wrapped in bacon served with a new season leek sauce.
- Butternut squash gratin topped with shavings of Parmesan. Watercress salad.
