Golden Goats cheese baked with a Sesame seed crumb. Served on winter leaf salad drizzled with Balsamic reduction. - Seafood Parfait
Light parfait made with Shetland salmon, fresh water prawns and king scallops. Garnished with Watercress and lime vinaigrette. - Terrin
Chicken livers sautéed in garlic and herbs, layered with Cheshire potatoes wrapped in Parma Ham. Armenian bread. Twemlow chutney. - Minestrone of Fruits

Fillet Mignons
Pan fried fillet scallops served on a rosti mash potato with wilted baby spinach leaves. Roasted shallots and garlic. Topped with a Portabello mushroom. Red wine reduction. -
Guinea Fowl
Breast of Guinea Fowl filled with an Apricot and Almond farce. Served on roasted butternut squash risotto seasoned with sage and thyme. -
Sea Bass
Baked Sea bass with fresh herbs and lemon served with braised courgettes and vine tomatoes. Roasted baby potatoes rolled in virgin olive oil and rock salt. -
Vegetarian
Coulibiac of baby beetroot, sautéed shallots and goats cheese. Baked in filo pastry. Fricassée of winter greens.

Amazing!! Light fluffy baked cheese cake served with fresh pineapple tranche and passion fruit syrup. -
Crème Brulée
Speciality of the house! Jane our pastry chef has been making our brulée desserts with Shelley’s free range eggs for years! Served with its sugar topping, seasonal berries and Pecan Sables biscuits. -
Yellow Broom Dessert Plate
Individual warm chocolate brownies drizzled with hot Valhrona Chocolate sauce. Sweet pastry case filled with creme pattosoere topped with raspberries. Mini muscovado meringues filled with Chantilly cream sprinkled with chopped Pistachio nuts. -
From the Cheese Board
Our cheese board is displayed in the dining room for you to choose from. Lincolnshire Poacher, Cheshire Burt’s Blue, Cropwell Bishop Organic Stilton, Channel Island Brie. Served with a selection of biscuits and oatcakes, fresh chopped celery and grapes. - Valentines Menu: £35.00 per person
